lost in time....

I do not remember wich day I need post here, but I know about the last classes. On monday we discussed about a self-help book. Read an article about The Secret in particular and learned about some phrases. On wednesday we did the progress check wich was a big one and we spent more minutes to complete.

rainy day

That wednesday it was raining and I got some of this rain in the middle way to CCBEU. Everything were normal. Just 6 people in class with me. Not a big deal and not much work to do. Calm and rainy day.

grammar/listening....

This monday the class started learn about grammar and listening. Ok , we discussed about surgery and stuffs about beauty again, but with more vocabulary/grammar now. The formal and informal structures. I hope the middle term exam going to be easy. Anyway I had physics test the other day and I guess I got a good grade ^^.

Attraction !

That is the name of unit 8. Everything about that theme was discuss in the class. The perfect face, the expression ' the beauty is in the eye of the beholder' ... I don't really have many opinions about that, because doesn't matter what you say nothing will change. Even if you think about the beauty and the all stuffs, the person that you think be pretty/handsome won't change.  ( wednesday )

strange game !

The class started with a strange game. A game that we put ourselves in a embarassing situation. In this case we were in a wedding fight. Each student became one wife and one husband, because we changed papers all the time. I thought that was a fun game. Then, we had the progress check, that I got a 73% ( really low grade ) and I not study at all. Thats my monday. =D

wednesday...

In the start of the class we learned about the use of A/AN and THE. It was very easy and it could be learn naturally.  We saw some useful phrases also and did some exercises about it. I have to study, because next class we going to do a progress check, maybe it'll be easy, maybe not =S and I have some homework from handout to do, now i'm leaving...

monday...

Nothing big happened this monday. Everything went normal, like the usually. In the class we talked about postcards, maybe it is not the quite of topic that I like. Postcards are not so that interesting for a speaking, but we did a speaking exercise with it and corrected homework. We had a physics test on tuesday, so some people missed the class to got the physics extra-class I guess.

10th august

Aylana, Guilherme and some others that I couldn't remember now missed that class. I remembered that I did some exercises of speaking with Luis Felipe and in the end of the class I did the listen downstairs ( Learning Center ) . I want to dedicate myself more this semester, but I don't know if I can handle it. =s

8th august

The time is going to fast. It is hard to believe that this month is august. In this class today I kind traveled sometimes, didn't even know what I thought about. We did some speaking activities and corrected homework. In the way to CCBEU I fell with my bicycle, nothing serious, my day have been great ^^

monday and wednesday .

Now we started the first class of adv 2  I hope that now will be better. Anyway, my sister took my book to Viçosa ( 700km far from here ) , so these days I just follow the classes without a book. At monday my teacher read for us the contract ( really cool by the way ) and made game with something like a questionnaire.
At wednesday, we talked about beaches things, something who remember us that place, bad and good things about it, read a text. Classes went fast in my mind, don't know why, so that is it. =D

the end... and the beginning

Yeah... Holiday is over now. I guess I did everything I want, had fun enough and relaxed. I won't be upset or maybe angry just because all this confortable thing is gone. I wish lucky for every single person who will start taking classes tomorrow. This is the begin of other semester, more studies, more knowledge and why not more fun !?

nothing to do....

I don't know if it's really necessary put here that I made the exam today. Whatever, I have nothing to do , so I think that the exam was quite easy, but I not studied hard for this I don't want to guess my grade...

Last class of Adv 1

Well, I called this wednesday of 'last class' because there is nothing more to learn about Adv 1 course. This class was just review for the test. Before I went to the class I realized that some of my friends had brought food and drink to make little party after the class and I didn't think about it before, but it's alright we don't have time for these stuffs.After we made the review I didn't know why, but we finished 15 minutes before the bell rang  I guess that the teacher got fast with it and gave us a break. Now I'll just relax because it's vacation !!!

Monday.

Maybe that is the last monday of the semester, because next week we'll have a write exam and an oral test. I remembered how to turn active into passive voice, it's easy ! We learned about complaints in a restaurant. Nothing diferent happened, just Rodolfo came to the calsse more than twenty minutes late. The rest of the time process normally.

Wednesday.

Hmm today in the evening you'll se a lunar eclipse and I was thinking about that in the english class. Whatever, I note that we had a whole unit to finish and short time to do it! The class worked good, this time we discuss about eating meat and learn some vocabulary with it. I think that we need stop eating meat, because the environment calls for it. The animals, the global warming, and everything that changed just to support some million of animals need stop right here, right now !! You don't have to be a vegetarian just eat less meat =) . 

P.S.: cows will be greatful!

Monday... ( 13/06 )

Now we start the last unit of this semester and we'll finish half of the book. In this unit we discuss about bad experiences in restaurants and book showed us a little and funny history about some embarassing situation in the restaurant. We saw and did some exercises about a restaurant critic ( book gave an example of Jean Crowshaw). I love eating, so this unit couldn't be more perfect =). There's one delicious cake just to ilustrate the unit *-*

The whole week !

I had only one English class during the week, because on wednesday I made an exam in the school ! So I can summarize my week on monday. In that monday we made two tests : one about some unit of the book and other about a book that we had to read. We did the tests and I don't even need open my notebook. It was a cool day.

Today class...

Beside the fact that today is the first day of the month and it is my first post, minutes ago I had a good english class...We talked about 'Verb patterns' and how to use each one, discussed about being romantic or not and finished the unit learn some useful phrases and the pronunciation of them. I also thought that the class was quieter than the normal maybe because 5 people were missed !

P.S.: For any mistakes I may have made in the text. Sorry, I'm not an expert on it yet  =)
